When must I use my '31 Days of Fitness' by?
The deadline to purchase this offer is 31st January 2018. You must then have started your '31 day' period by 28th February 2018. After this the offer has expired.

What is the first step once I join?
Once you join you will be required to meet up with your Private coach who will take you through your first 90 minute intro session. This will teach you the basics of CrossFit so that you can be safe in your workouts. It will take place at a day/time that is convenient for you. After completing this session, you can start your 31 days! You will also have complete access to your private coach through email during this period. We want you to succeed!
What is your schedule??
We have classes from 5.45am running through to 7.45pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday. We also have Yoga on every Sunday morning. Please check our timetable for up to date class schedule.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We send through a number of guides individualised to you to help get the most out of your 31 days!
